Site Analysis
Part of DCM Systems installation process is to make a study of the worksite. This way we’ll be able to see the current system and further evaluate requirements. This also allows us to understand your needs.
During this process, we request to meet with the head of Radiology, Head of IT and the assigned system administrator or single contact point to make sure the new solutions will be implemented within your planned budget and timeframe.
To conclude these requirements we need to determine the following conditions:
1. The type of modalities
2. The number of modalities
3. The number of possible system users
4. The administrative assignment of system users
5. The type of network connection
6. The type of Internet connection
7. Volume of images loaded per day
Site study enables us to create a list of items that needs to be worked on to easily proceed to the next step.
